My name is Nyirrah Goddard and I am the Founder of HYLP.
​
Transforming into a mentor has been one of my greatest accomplishments. I’ve always dreamed of helping those around me, especially being that family and friends would reliably search for my proposal regardless of the circumstance or condition.
In 2016, God allowed me to have a vision to start a mentoring program and call it HYLP (Helping Young Ladies Prosper).
My passion has consistently been to help our youth through their adolescence stage, in light of the fact that they are our future. It is my mission to empower vulnerable children and young adults to defeat hindrances and succeed in education, careers, and in life.

My name is Giana Goddard, I am a goal oriented new graduate from the University of Cincinnati determined to achieve success and committed to learn.
I joined HYLP on the grounds that mentoring, at its core, ensures young people that there is someone who cares about them, assures them they are not the only one in managing everyday difficulties, and makes them feel like they matter.
Ultimately, mentoring connects young people to self-improvement and advancement, and social and economic opportunity. I accepted and had confidence in realizing I would make an extraordinary mentor and good example as these young ladies transition into who they're destined to be.
I love HYLP and appreciate committing my time.
